M. (Mahendra Nath Gupta) elaborated his diaries in five parts of ‘Sri Sri Ramakrishna Kathamrita’ in Bengali which were first published at Kathamrita Bhawan, 13/2 Guru Prasad Chaudhury Lane, Calcutta in the years 1902, 1905, 1908, 1910 and 1932 respectively. They are now available in Hindi edition, being word by word translation of the original five parts.

Swami Nityatmananda lived in the company of Sri M. for a long time. Swami ji also maintained a diary and elaborated it in sixteen parts of Sri Ma Darshan (glimpses of M.’s life as seen and experienced by Swami ji). This scriptural set of 16 books was first published in Bengali. This Hindi edition is a word by word translation of the original Bengali Sri Ma Darshan.
